Purpose and Mission

  • Responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely movements of goods from origin to destination, ensuring smooth transit and compliance  with safety, commercial, and statutory requirements.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with various transportation services, including carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
  • Handle customs documentation, ensuring accurate and complete records for cargo shipments.
  • Minimize delays and optimize cargo flow.
  • Handle inquiries related to deliveries, schedules, and order tracking.
  • Address any issues that arise during the shipping process such as delays, incorrect orders or transportation problems.

Skills

  • Understanding of shipping processes, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in specialized logistics software
  • Effective communication
  • Problem-solving abilities.

Previous Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics or a similar role.
  • Experience with SAP and Excel

Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
