In order to support the growth of our business, we are searching for a Sales Engineer based in Monterrey or Mexico City preferrably.

Main responsibilities     

  • Sales & Marketing leader in the region for Heat Resistant Textiles.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Account management: Regular meetings with decision-makers and stakeholders for the purpose of providing solutions, expanding sales and improving service. Secure our long-term business with Supply Agreements.
  • Expand awareness of Heat Resistant Textile and BFT solutions in the region
  • Embrace the role of consultant and troubleshooter with the accounts. Help improve overall performance and maximize value
  • Prospect and close new business opportunities in current and new applications.
  • Publish visit reports, monthly business summaries, and forecasting updates.
  • Gather market and competition intelligence and communicate findings for compilation in a global database.
  • Manage working capital; monthly control and achieving targets.
  • Follow-up on projects in close collaboration with the R&D and Application managers



Profile / requirements  


  • 3+ years technical sales and account management experience
  • Deep experience with value-added products and solutions selling in industrial markets
  • Bilingual – Spanish and English
  • Experience in the glass industry is desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong drive to defend and grow the business
  • Strong negotiations skills
  • Business, technical, or engineering degree preferred
  • Highly capable of trust and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must exhibit competitiveness, a high drive to win, resiliency, and the need to interact with and influence others.
  • Proven technical aptitude and innate ability to question, listen and understanding requirements.
  • Strong computer skills, experienced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Willingness to learn and take on multiple tasks.
  • This position should preferrably be based in Mexico City or Monterrey.
