Purpose and Mission
Join us and take responsibility for aligning HR strategies with business objectives for more complex segments (clusters by location/population) within the country, shaping how our people and business grow together.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Partner with local management to shape and deliver HR strategies that truly support and elevate business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, performance management, and strategic workforce planning.
- Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives to build and nurture a high‑performing, future‑ready workforce tailored to the local context.
- Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and regulations, fostering a fair, safe, and respectful workplace.
- Analyze HR data, metrics, and trends to support informed decision‑making and continuously enhance HR processes and practices.
- Lead and facilitate change management efforts, supporting teams and leaders through organizational transitions.
- Act as a trusted coach and mentor to business leaders and local HR teams, helping them grow, lead confidently, and succeed.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of local employment law, talent management practices, and organizational development principles.
- Excellent communication abilities paired with confident leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and the ability to interpret and leverage HR data and analytics to drive decisions.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similarly strategic HR role.

Demonstrated experience supporting complex business environments, coaching leaders, and driving people‑focused initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Master’s degree or recognized HR certification is preferred and considered an advantage.
