Salary - £35,219.04 + £4076.52 shift allowance

About the role

Your Impact as Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician:

• Ensure full compliance to the Company’s quality / environment standards (ISO 14001etc) and also any legislation applicable to our operations (HSE, waste, COSHH etc.)
• Process Setup of equipment and assists in all SMED activities
• Planned maintenance to the required standard and reactive maintenance
• Coordinate and cooperate with production supervision on a day to day basis, to ensure the smooth running and availability of plant and equipment.
• Promotion of best H&S practice by coordinating audits, assist in SOP reviews

About You

Essential skills & competencies

• Must have HNC level qualification
• Fit and assemble metal parts, tools or sub-assemblies.
• Dismantle faulty equipment and assemblies and repair or replace defective parts.
• Check accuracy and quality of finished parts, tools or sub-assemblies.
• Working within preventative maintenance schedules to keep plant running effectively.
• Experience of working effectively within small teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience of doing general checks on machines.
