In order to serve our wire customers in the segments of Energy & Infrastructure, we are currently looking for an experienced

 
Sales and Key Account Manager Energy & Infrastructure
Main region: Germany, Switzerland and Austria


Your role

  • As sales manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers in the main territory of Germany, Switzerland and Austria + you will manage one or two Key Global Accounts across several regions. 
  • Through regular customer visits, identification of opportunities and contract negotiations you are able to create value for your customers and to realize your commercial targets in terms of volume, margin and market share. 
  • You will be responsible to articulate solutions and demonstrate the realized value towards the different stakeholders in the value chain. 
  • You build up a strong insight in the markets and target new business development opportunities. Where appropriate you participate in events or trade shows.
  • You coach and support the customer service center in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You secure the forecast-to-cash process in order to guarantee timely deliveries, inventory control and follow up on receivables. You provide the appropriate support in problem solving and complaint handling.
  • Based on your market and customer insights, you develop account plans to increase the market share with our customers.
  • You have a deep understanding of the business of our customers, and thanks to your strong project consultancy and advisory skills, you are able to create value for our customers and for the customers of our customers.

What you bring

  • Master degree in sales, commercial engineering or business management.
  • Strong business acumen and preferably 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment. 
  • Experience from the commercial/technical position some of the following B2B environments (Utilities, Equipment, Construction, Energy …). 
  • A sound technical understanding and an eagerness to learn.
  • Passion to win by delivering the best value adding solutions for your customers.
  • Strong listening, inquiry and analytical skills.
  • You are native German speaking person and you are fluent in speaking and writing in English.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills that allow you to come to a real win-win solution.
  • You are able to manager complex customers. 
  • You are have experience with different digital tools and techniques to drive the results. 
  • You work from home office and you travel 40% of your time.
