I. Purpose of the Role (Location - Mumbai)

The main goal of Business Development Manager – West will be, to promote Steel Fibre reinforced solution in the region. The Candidate should have a strong commercial sense, work independently & a team player.

II. Roles and Responsibilities

• Strategic planning for product penetration and market development to the targeted market in the region according to company’s objective 
• Propose Steel Fibre reinforced concrete solution to the end client, such as Contractors and Consultant 
• Propose, develop and implement regional business development strategy to achieve business objective
• Develop and maintain on-going relationship with major customer and potential new account 
• Actively looking for opportunities for new business in the industry. 
• To provide market intelligence and knowledge on the industry.  
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

III. Skills & Competencies

A Civil Engineer (having management or master's degree will be added advantage) with minimum 10 years of industry experience (specially underground construction) & have following qualities:
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
• Proven track record.
• Experience in customer support.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Market knowledge.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills.
