About the role
Your Impact as ‘FP&A Director SWS’:

•    You are accountable for the delivery of strategic financial planning, consolidation of forecasts, management reporting, financial decision modelling and ad hoc financial analysis for the global business units (BU) (incl. sub-BUs) and functions (including sales offices). 
•    You provide an adherence to Group FP&A processes and timelines whilst ensuring support and guidance to BU Finance (Commercial and Operations Finance) and other BU teams for the smooth completion of all deliverables. 
•    This position will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the VP Finance of the BU and BU Management in relation to managing strategic planning and budgeting processes for the BU, providing period management information, ad hoc modelling and analysis and the tracking of financial risks and opportunities. 
•    The holder will work closely with the Advanced Reporting Center (ARC) teams in the delivery of standardized management reporting and actively support the further development of data and business intelligence capabilities in GBS to support the business. 
•    Key stakeholders are VP Finance, Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Group Finance and FP&A teams, Country level BU Management, GBS ARC teams Business Stakeholders & Site Operational Management.

About You
Essential skills & competences

•    You have a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, or relevant professional qualification
•    5+ years’ experience in a relevant and international environment with a strong understanding of competencies and functional skills below
•    Strong leadership skills (lead by example)
•    You foster innovation
•    You have a proactive mindset
•    You’re experienced a matrix management environment
