Job Title – Global Financial Analyst - Pricing

Job Location – Pune Corporate Office

Purpose of the Job –

The global finance business partner for SWS will be the key person to support the regional
and global finance teams with pricing analysis and reporting to provide increased
transparency and visibility on pricing performance.

Roles & Responsibilities –

1. Lead the Roll out of Pricing tools and ensure adoption of BCE best practice of price management practice in the regions, while working with IT / BCE.

2. Drive the increase in the governance transparency and visibility on SWS pricing performance and drivers/ mix impacts thru roll out of pricing related reporting.

3. Lead pricing performance reviews and analysis for SWS.

4. Own the pricing SME for SWS and support regions after understanding regional pricing support needs.

Required Skill and competencies –

* Require 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in same domain.

* Preferably prior financial management experience/ pricing analysis experience across a complex global enterprise of significant scale, in a global international environment, preference US multinational.

* Demonstrated track record of success and reporting excellence.

* Clear thinking & communication; strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including the ability to present and explain financial results in a credible, professional manner to wide variety of audiences.

* Ability to analyse complex information, draw logical conclusions about business implications and identify actions.

* Excellent MS Office Excel and PowerPoint skills (Excel PowerPivot + Microsoft PowerBI), BW

* Finance Masters, MBA or CPA
