About the role
As the Global Project Manager for HR Technology, you will lead the implementation and integration of innovative HR technology solutions across the organization.
Your Impact as Global Project Manager HR Technology
- Lead and manage global project teams to deliver HR technology initiatives that meet established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams dispersed across different geographical locations.
- Analyze global HR requirements and align technology solutions with the company's overarching HR and business strategies.
- Owns specific assigned topics in the area of HR Technology, e.g. master-data management and architecture
- Provide leadership and support to project team members. Effectively deliver the change that is created by the projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks associated with global implementation and resolve issues efficiently in collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the HR Technology in time and within budget, respecting the scope and quality standards.
- Develop roadmaps, project plans, timelines, and budgets, and tracking progress against milestones, proactively identifying issues.
- Create and maintain project governance documents, such as charters, plans, and reports.
- Monitor and evaluate HR technology solutions for effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
- Recommend changes to HR technology solutions to improve their alignment with business needs.
About You
Essential skills & competencies
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with practical experience of 7 - 10 years, including experience in HR Technology, project management, and IT.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR technology in an international environment demonstrated experience in leading and delivering successful HR technology projects.
- Technical expertise in HR technology solutions such as HR Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other HR-related software.
- Certification in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile would-be a plus.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, change management, and budget management.
- Self-driven problem solver with a passion for delivering results and adapting well to changing environments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
