Purpose and Mission

Repsonsible for implementing learning and development initiatives across multiple locations or business units within a specific region or hub.

About the Role

Your impact as L&D operations hub team leader

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the L&D hub, ensuring that all learning activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with L&D managers to support the development and implementation of learning strategies and programs.
  • Oversee budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Organize hiring and training activities, ensuring that the L&D team is equipped to meet the organization’s needs.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions to improve L&D operations.

About You

Essential skills & competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field - Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in team management , L&D operations, project management, or a similar role in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and hands-on experience in audit or audit-related tasks. 
  • Knowledge of learning technologies and L&D best practices.
  • Proficiency in budget management and resource optimization.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and team development.
