Purpose and Mission
The Senior Workplace Engineer is a global role within the Digital Workplace team, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, continuous improvement, and strategic development of endpoint management services. As the service owner, you will drive service excellence, improve user satisfaction using our Digital User Experience framework, manage IT partners, and deliver automation solutions to support our business objectives.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Service Ownership – Endpoint Management
- Act as the Service Owner for Endpoint Management services, overseeing the full lifecycle (strategy, design, transition, operation, improvement).
- Define and maintain service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and service documentation.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure services align with organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for endpoint management, including security, compliance, and user experience.
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Lead and coordinate supplier teams to deliver services in line with business requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and statements of work (SOWs), monitor supplier performance, and manage escalations.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners to evaluate new solutions and ensure timely delivery.
Automation & Scripting
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and REST APIs to support custom actions and workflows.
- Manage and optimize workflows within the CoreView platform (or similar), enabling efficient service operations and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement automation solutions that enhance service delivery.
Project Delivery
- Lead and support Digital Workplace projects, following established project management methodologies.
- Ensure smooth transition of projects to operational support, including validation of SOPs and stakeholder communication.
- Run pilots and proof-of-concepts for new technologies and solutions.
Technical Expertise & Collaboration
- Provide expert advice on Digital Workplace architecture, roadmaps, and technology trends.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, IT partners, and virtual teams to deliver innovative workplace solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Skills
Technical Skills
- Proven experience as a service owner for endpoint management or similar IT services.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and REST API integration skills.
- Hands-on experience with CoreView or similar Digital Workplace management platforms.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, M365 stack, and endpoint management (software distribution, policies, security).
- Good knowledge of authentication flows, Windows Server, Azure Virtual Desktop, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN).
- Familiarity with most of the following technologies or their equivalents:
- Microsoft SCCM and Intune
- CoreView
- Patch My PC
- Zoho Assist
- PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) and Master Packager
- Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 Cloud PC
- Azure Log Analytics and Kusto Query Language (KQL)

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, endpoint management, or related IT roles.
- Experience managing suppliers and service ownership responsibilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, ITIL) are a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
