Purpose of the Job :-

Develops the framework and quality standards for reporting and analytics on people data, including providing services to the HR organization in this domain. Constantly improves the processes, governance and tooling on people data to drive data quality and reporting self-service to enable the HR organization to become more data driven. Supports the HR Services function and the HR PMO with data insights and information on request to monitor the key delivery KPIs and costs.

Role & Responsibilities :-

 

Develops, deploys and maintains a reporting, dashboarding and people analytics framework

    • Acts as SME for people data, operating as linking pin between different stakeholders within and outside HR
    • Safeguards the integrity and sustainability of people data, including the buildup of data quality initiatives
    • Manages projects to deliver reporting and analytics to meet business needs

Ad Hoc / recurring / advanced reporting

    • Serves the internal HR OPEX function in monitoring HR Services costs, delivery KPIs and SLAs and main dashboards
    • Delivers reporting and analytics as-a-service to the broader HR community
    • Drives initiatives to move from ad hoc reporting into structural reporting including self-service within and outside HR

Tooling, process and governance management

    • Leverages the embedded data tools in the HR ecosystem and build up capabilities in them
    • Develops and maintains data processes and governance

PMO support

    • Supports the PMO function with ad-hoc data extractions and further data insights and analysis on demand.

 

Requirement :-
Responsibility: Develop the reporting and analytics framework, delivering high-quality output towards the HR organisation. Support the HR PMO activities.

Education level: Master’s degree in HR, Economics, IT or similar

Working experience: 2 years of relevant international experience in working with data, combining both HR and IT exposure, preferably in an industrial / production environment
