Purpose and Mission

Deal with the Safety relative works, maintain the Safety system, continuously improve the performance of plant Safety. 

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for site safety operating management.
  -  Manage site safety compliance with all applicable.
  -  Support develop the site “satety Culture” via BeCare(line mgmt. support duty).
  -  Coordinate internal audit\management review and external audit, follow up the action plans.
  -  Monitor and coordinate the implementation of applicable regulatory & Bekaert Safety requirements and best practices on site. 
  -  Coordinate safety regulatory & compliance communication & training on site
  -  Ensure effective and regulatory compliant safety System Management and effective continuous safety improvement & application of Best Practice on site
  - Support site implementation of the safety Standards, Procedures，self assessment in combination / compliance to legal requirements.
  - Track the Safety AAP-annual action plan.

• 2. Responsible for site risk management.
  -  Lead and support to identify and evaluate safety risks, coordinate and track the implementation of  control measures,well coopearting with the other plant departments;
  -  Align with the Authority (such as Emergency managememnt bureau) Safety management system such as Risk analysis method, etc.

• 3. Responsible for site  incident management.
  -  Lead and support the satety incident investigation-RCA tool (Root cause Analysis)
  -  Ensure accurate, & timely safety reporting, investigation of incidents, actions/prevention and follow up including trend analysis, root cause determination
  -  Support the incident investigation and tracking the actions. 

• 4. Others 
  -   Support other safety works.
  -   Perform other works that arranged by SHE manager if needed.

Qualifications and Education

College degree or above.
Above 3 years relevant work experience.
Science and engineering, safety relative majors are priority.
Written/listen English skill.
Good ability in using of computer, familiar with softwares such as Microsoft Office.
Good self-management, communication and learning abilities.
Strong will and ability of teamwork.
