主要职责

1、设备故障维修:

1）跟踪系统的报修情况并及时修理，减少维修损失时间，提高机器的可利用率;

2）正确判断和使用维修备件，减少浪费，节约维修成本

2、设备机械预防维修:

1）根据预防维修计划和预防维修检查项目进行设备的机械预防维修，减少设备的报修；

2）保证预防维修的质量；并降低备件使用成本；

3）负责CPP维修的维修工应遵守CPP维修相关规定，在指定维修区域进行维修

3、设备润滑：

1）根据润滑计划或设备润滑报警信息进行设备润滑，保证设备的正常运行；

2）保证设备润滑的质量，增加MTBF（平均故障间隔） 的时间

4、设备改进维修：

1）分析维修过程中遇到的问题，提出改进维修建议，降低设备故障报修次数；

2）协助其它维修部门的人员进行设备的改进，提高设备的可靠性。

3）积极参与新设备的调试及验收工作

4）积极主导设备的安全改进

5、5S

按程序要求进行维修工作，正确评估维修环境的安全状态，避免发生安全事

6、上级指派的其他工作

任职资格：

1. 中专/技校及以上学历，三年以上相关机械维修和改进工作经验
2. 专业扎实的机械技能
3. 具有分析问题和解决问题的能力
