Purpose and Mission

  • 生产的正常运行,当班现场安全、质量、产量、成本及人员的管理，确保生产高效有序的运行
    协调生产过程、生产流程，保证生产活动正常运行。

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • 1. 安全管理
    - 组织（本人和员工）对安全风险/隐患的巡查+报告+立即的应急措施
    - 传达安全要求， 安全信息分享
    - 监控员工工作状态+检查操作工的安全规范的落实情况，严格要求员工
    - 现场的5S管理
    - 发生安全事故第一时间在Enablon上报并作出紧急措施
    -教导员工，环境保护的措施方法，把环境保护做为每个人的责任。
    -固废/危废的管理和处置，对化学品（尤其是易制毒，易制爆化学品）的使用和处置
  • 2. 质量控制
    - 核查生产工艺实际与质量程序/工艺设定的符合性， 对不符合项立即纠正措施
    - 核查SOP执行情况，指导培训操作工理解SOP并严格执行，
    - 现场物料的管理，如标识/放置等符合质量管理的要求
    - 检查生产表格如直径跟踪，生产检查表/跟踪表等的执行情况，LPA审核的执行及当班整改
    - 拥有确保产品要求符合性的职责，有权停止发运或生产以纠正质量问题，并需要及时获知与要求不符的产品或过程，以确保避免将不合格品发运给顾客，并确保所有潜在不合格品得到识别与控制。
  • 3. 生产成本管理
    - 提高人员效率，加班申请书的管理， 人员安排考勤管理；
    - 提高设备效率；
    - 降低不良率、废品率； 
    - 对生产原/辅助材料消耗跟踪，积极寻求降低辅料消耗的措施
  • 4. 人员管理
    - 对操作工培训+辅导标准操作流程
    - 使用考核规则，及时与员工沟通 
    - 依据生产安排，提出转岗再培训申请， 关注新员工
    - 每个月对员工考评个人绩效考评
    - 积极采纳合理化的建议
  • 5. 生产计划完成率和生产效率
    - 组织资源（人/机器/物料等），按照计划要求安排生产； 
    - 跟踪生产计划的实际情况， 每天的生产报告情况的问题汇总+措施
  • 6.按照DILO/WILO要求执行

Qualifications and Education

  • 有一定的工作经验和机械相关的专业。
    良好的沟通协调能力，良好的团队意识。
    能操作简单的办公软件
    熟悉生产工作流程及产品防护要点
