计划员

Purpose and Mission

Overall be responsible for the planning of the whole plant, including management of HP, wire rod and critical raw materials, confirms and be sure the order delivery time, to meet the customers’ satisfaction.
在供应链经理的领导下，负责公司的产品的主计划，满足客户的交期要求。包括订单交期确认并确保订单按时完成，成品/半成品控制，非安全库存物料的组织。
Take care of SHE  issues, report to related people or department for any finding.
关注SHE相关问题，发现隐患或事故及时汇报。

Key Activities and Responsibilities

1. 安排和跟踪生产计划；制作生产计划和产品标签的打印。Make production plan  and products labels;Aarrange  and follow production in different machines accordingly.
1、盘条的选定及生产订单的释放Assigning batch of wire rod to order and  release order
2、根据客户需求，设备能力，工艺路线，灵活安排生产计划，以减少换手频次，提高生产效率；制作相应的生产指令卡和产品标签。
Based on order demand, optimize the producing plan of different machines to low exchange frequency and improve production efficiency;Make production instruction cards and products labels.  
3、详细计划的制定，日计划报表（酸洗，拉丝，镀锌)输出给生产。Make detailed plan of pickling ,drawing and galvanizing to PD.
4、密切跟踪产计划完成情况，积极协调客户，原料，生产，机台，人员等事宜，以保证客户的准时交付率
Follow the production status of each batch, coordinate all the issues related to the production to promise the OTD to customer.
5、SAP 计划模板的使用及调整。SAP planning board implementation and feedback.

2. 在制品存货量的控制 Control HP stock 
1、控制相应的在制品库存量，在保证生产顺畅进行的同时，力争最小的中间库存量。
Control the relevant HP stock to the minimum level while assuring the smooth production
2、协调生产处理现场短头盘，呆滞半成品，盘条，c质量，以加快中间半成品的流转
Cooperate with PD  to handle on site surplus WR, obsolete WIP  and failed product to accelerate the turn over of WIP.

3.订单异常时及时调整计划，保证按时交货Keeps planning flexible, makes it possible to solve external (customer/supplier/…) and internal ( machine / people /…) emergency situations in production               1、拉动式计划排产，按单生产。
Plans all orders with Pull concept, normally Make-to-order.
2、减少设备换手次数，提高设备利用率。 Helps to limit the machine change over by his way of planning, to optimizes all machines capacity.
3、有重要客户的紧急订单时，要及时有效的调整生产计划。 Ensures that the machine planning is flexible, meaning that the machines are re-planned in case of a rush order from an important customer, a shortage of half product, an upstream machine failure,
4、根据客户的要求及时有效的调整生产计划。 Adjusts plan in time according to customer  requirements and  actually condition.

4. 部门沟通合作Cooperate                                                                                                                                                                                  

1、瓶颈机器的跟踪，保证瓶颈机器的订单按时完成。 Foucs and follow  which machines are bottleneck, make sure order finished on time.
2、同其他部门人员的及时沟通。Keeps the closely communication with Technical, production, maintenance , sales depts.
3、参加生产会议，分析计划等方面的信息。Participates the Production meeting , to share the information about the planning, production, technical aspects.

5.月度盘点工作及其他 Monthly inventory check，others                                                                                                                                                                      

1、参与公司月度盘点，参加每月的盘点和数据分析工作，组织现场的重核。
As a key member of monthly inventory check, participant in the on site check and analyse the data, organzie the recheck on site if necessary.
2、制作盘点平衡表，准时准确的完成盘点工作，为财务月报提交重要生产和消耗数据。
lead to make the balance the inventory checking data ，and support to finish the inventory check on time and accurately. This provide very necessary and important  production and consumption finance report to the company.

Skills

- 能熟练使用Office ，SAP软件，有一定的英语读写和口语能力。Skillful in using Office and SAP,  with some English skills ( read, wirte & oral ).
- 具有较强的统筹能力，对数字有较高的敏感性，工作细心，踏实。He/She is very sensitive and careful to numbers, good planning skill.
- 具有良好的沟通能力和应变能力，具有较好的团队合作能力。Good communication skill and flexible, team player.
- 具有较强的上进性，能不断的提高自己的业务能力和文化水平。Eager to learn new things and looks for every opportunity to improve in all aspect in planning area. 

Previous Experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in production planning or a related field.

Qualifications and Education

 本岗位需大专以上学历；3年以上计划工作经验; college degree or above; at least 3 years planning job experiences ( Production / Material )
