Purpose and Mission

1、 按维修程序的要求，进行BQW UT设备的维修、维护和保养，保证UT和生产 的正常进行。
2、在保证设备正常运转的情况下，降低维修成本，减少设备故障率

Key Activities and Responsibilities

1、 UT设备的运行操作
- 能够根据UT设备的SOP操作规程熟练的进行操作
-  保证UT 设备的正常运行，发现问题及时处理并报告

2、 UT 设备预防维修
- 能够根据UT的日、周、月、季度、年点检表进行点检检查，及时发现问题，减少UT设备故障停机次数.
- 保证预防维修的质量，增加MTBF（平均故障间隔） 的时间
- 对于损坏的备件，可修复使用的应修复再利用，降低备件使用成本

3、 UT 设备故障维修
- 及时判断及处理UT设备故障，减少维修损失时间，避免UT设备长时间停机
- 正确判断和使用维修备件，减少浪费，节约维修成本

4、UT紧急处理操作
-  能够根据UT（蒸汽、自来水等）紧急处理规程熟练的进行操作
- 自己不能处理时要及时上报給自己的领导

5、SHE、5S
-  按程序要求进行维修工作，正确评估维修环境的安全状态，避免发生相关事故
-  保持维修现场整洁有序，符合5S标准要求
-  Becare 活动要持续进行并实施；

6、上级指派的其他工作

Qualifications

基本要求
-  高中或中专以上学历，二年以上相关厂务工作经验；
- 具有机械知识及技能,能看懂基本的电气图。
- 具有锅炉操作证、水处理证、叉车证、压力容易操作证等证件
