I. Purpose of the Job 岗位设置的目的 

Comply with the corporate Code of Conduct, undertake all commercial and technical activities for Geotechnical business(gabion and rock-fall) in China to fulfill the key Performance Indexes such as growing sales volumes, achieving sales and profitability targets, expanding market share, help the customers to solve the technical problems at the construction site and ensure the finishing effect is the same as the design scheme. Improve the quality, package and other characters of the finished products constantly in order to make it convenience for the installation. 

II.Task Description 职责描述

Main Accountabilities & Description of Activities 主要职责及具体工作任务

1. Technical Support 技术支持
-  Provides design drawings on Geotech related engineerings such as retaining structure, slope protection and vegetation, natural harzard protection with the products such as gabion, rock-fall protection system, geosynthetics, and also provide the customers with calculation sheet, cost eatimation, specific drawings or solution comparision if needed.
提供土工类产品（如格宾、落石防护网、土工合成材料）在支挡结构、边坡防护及生态修复、灾害治理等应用中的设计图纸等并根据客户需求提供计算书、造价估算、图纸深化、方案对比分析等服务
-  Pays visit to owners, designers and constructors together with sales engineers in order to solve the technical difficulites during design and construction, help the sales engineers to establish good relationship with customers
    配合销售工程师进行业主、设计院、施工方等的拜访工作，解决客户在设计、施工阶段的技术难题，支持销售人员与客户建立良好合作关系
- Technical documents drafted and amandation for the above Geotech related products and applications (e.g. tender documents, standards, construction regulations...)
   与以上产品及应用相关的技术文件编制及完善（如投标文件、各类标准、施工规程等）
- Establishes technical database on Geotechnical engineerings and supports the advertisement (e.g. information collection and summarization on finished project, typical projects analysis...)
   土工类产品技术资料库的建立及广宣工作的支持（如完工项目资料收集、项目总结、典型案例分析等）
- 公司相关人员的技术培训等（如销售工程师、工艺工程师等）
   Provides trainings for sales engineers and other process engineers

2. Inovation and Promotion  创新及推广
-  R & D on new materials, new structures, new applications together with technical dept. and third party scientific research institutions
    协同技术部门、科研机构（第三方合作单位）共同推进土工类产品新材料、新结构、新应用的开发工作
-  Help the sales engineers with the meetings such as products introduction, application promotion and technology exchanges
    配合销售工程师进行上述产品的产品推介、应用推广、技术交流等推广工作

3. Marketing intelligence & Business Development 市场情报及业务发展
- Collect and analyse market information, such as customers, competitors and industry trends;
  收集并分析市场信息，如客户信息、竞争对手信息及市场趋势等
- Suggestion on exploring new material and application by the analysis on market intelligence
   通过对市场信息的分析给出新材料研发及新应用方向的建议

   负责区域：北亚及东南亚
2. Responsible products: Geotech related (gabion, rock-fall protection, geosynthetic)
  负责的产品：土工类相关（格宾、落石防护、土工合成材料）

IV. Qualifications 任职要求

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in civil engineering,geotechnical engineering or related
  教育背景：本科及以上学历，土木工程、岩土工程及相关专业                                                                                                                                                                                                
2. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years  design experience on Geotech related engineering (either in enterprise or in design institute)
  工作经验：3年及以上土工类工程设计经验（企业或设计院均可）
3.Language skills: CET 6 and above, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writting in English
  语言技能：大学英语六级及以上,熟练运用英语进行听说读写     
4. Sofeware skills: Proficient in engineering design software for design and analysis
  软件技能：熟练使用工程设计类软件进行设计及分析                                                                                                              
5. Other Skills:  Very strong communcation skills -written and oral, High ethical standards, highly motivated, market insight   
  其他技能：良好的沟通及书面、口头表达能力，品行端正，工作积极性高，有良好的市场洞察力                                                                                                                         
6. Willing to Travel: more than 30% of working time
  接受出差：30%以上的工作时间
