岗位设置目的：

保证安全的前提下，保质保量的完成生产订单

主要职责

1、SHE

-  遵守公司的安全规章制度

-  严格按照公司SOP／标准进行操作

-  出现任何事故立即汇报

-  保护环境，遵守公司关于环境保护的规章制度

-固废/危废的管理和处置，对化学品（尤其是易制毒，易制爆化学品）的使用和处置

2、质量

-  严格按照指令卡/SOP进行操作

-  按照要求进行过程／产品检查

-  发现任何不良立即反馈

3、生产效率

-  按照生产计划进行生产

-  出现计划延误立即反馈

4、成本

-  主材和辅助材料的有效使用
- 材料的节约,引线或废线的控制
-  按要求使用消耗品
-产品标识的有效区分和记录

5、５S

-  保持设备／现场环境整洁

-  按照５S标准进行定置定位

-设备的操作前的检查和维护,保证设备正常运转

任职资格：

1.高中或中专以上学历

2.有很强的工作责任心

3.能吃苦，有团队精神

4.熟悉本工程的操作要求和标准
