Purpose and Mission

根据公司及部门业务需要，将主导生产设备的全生命周期管理，从故障快速响应、设备性能优化到设备安全升级，保障产线高效稳定的运行；同时深度参与新项目的设备规划与技术落地，确保设备的可靠性与技术先进性， 实现公司生产运营的正常进行。

Key Activities and Responsibilities

1. 安全管理
- 主动识别设备存在的安全风险，积极主导机械安全改造项目，推动安全防护系统升级，推动全员安全无伤害
- 参与设备的安全检查与隐患排查，推动安全整改项闭环
- 管理、执行、监督、和持续优化外包人员安全能力，技术能力、纪律、工作效率等
- 认同公司的安全文化并严格遵守公司的安全操作规程"                        
2. 运维与故障处理
- 负责解决现场生产设备机械故障的诊断与快速修复，减少停机时间
- 对设备的机械部分持续进行升级改建，提升设备效率
- 带领团队分析各类机械故障根因，优化维护方案，降低重复故障发生率。
- 制定设备机械维护计划与备件管理策略；推动TPM工作的开展"                        
3.维修部门体系文件工作（机械）
- 根据部门体系要求建立、完善、更新团队的文件体系，如维修管理程序、检查清单、SOP等
- 培训维修工与机械相关的安全文件、技能、纪律文件、体系文件和要求等
-  带领维护团队定期开展技术培训与经验分享，提高团队技能"                        
4. 设备管理工作
-  负责工作范围内的备件清单制定、购买、验收、管理等工作
- 负责工作范围内新购设备的标准制定、过程推动、验收，并协助安装等
- 生产现场非标件测绘出图
- 负责设备的机械系统预测性维修工作策划与落实"                        
5. 项目管理及现场设备升级改造工作
- 参与设备调研、选型、评估，提供专业建议；
- 主导关键设备监造、安装与调试
- 项目实施阶段的现场协调、管理、验收等
- 工厂内部改造可行性分析现场测绘、出图、加工、验收、现场安装验证等工作
- 改进型维修方案的可行性分析；设计及成本预估，对批准的项目推动现场实施并同时上传系统"                        

Skills

1. 熟练使用 AutoCAD、SolidWorks 等绘图软件； 能独立完成零件测绘与设计。
2. 具备把现场工作经验转换为SOP并对员工进行培训的能力。
3. 良好的沟通协调能力，能跨部门协作，推动可持续解决方案
4. 良好的英语读写能力，可以与国外同事正常交流
5. 开放包容的工作态度，具备抗压能力与执行力                          

Previous Experience

5年以上金属制造业工厂设备实际维修经验，能够看懂图纸，动手能力强，有独立维修能力。

Qualifications and Education

本科毕业，机械自动化、机电一体化相关专业。
