Purpose of the Job

负责公司产品的生产计划总体安排协调工作、括主要原料的采购、库存控制，通过制定的计划目标,力求以最低的运营成本达到产量最大化，同时力求以最优的交货期让客户满足，提高客户满意度。

Responsible for production plan administration,raw material purchase,inventory control, in order to achieve the Max production Volume and shortest lead time to satisfy customer, improve the service degree.

Your Role

1. Customer order planning and arrange production schedule 客户订单和生产计划

1).Timely confirm the production finish date and input into SAP ODL in terms of machine capability, raw material stock and FP stock status upon receiving order information from Sales people.

根据设备产能、原料库存、成品库存信息及时在SAP里确认订单交期；

2).Based on the confirmed orders, optimize the producing order of different machines including the trial orders while considering the delivery date, exchange frequency and production efficiency. Make production instruction cards and products labels. 

根据确认订单信息，优化订单、机器安排，平衡交期、改手、生产效率等相关因素。

3).responsible for production schedule and make decision to run/ stop all machine during holiday according to customer order urgent situation。

为生产计划负责，根据订单紧急程度确定开机状态及节假日安排。

4). overall rough cut running plan生产线粗切计划

2 Raw material /Wire rods stock control and status follow up 原材料/盘条库存控制及跟踪

1). Work out wire rod monthly  purchasing plan base on the forecast and open order.

根据预测和订单制定月度盘条采购计划。

2).Follows up wire rods purchase by weekly and by monthly, follow up the wire rods price index

每周/每月跟踪盘条到货情况，跟踪盘条价格。

3). wire rods consigment control issue, cooperation with warehouse, finance central.

寄售盘条控制，与仓库和财务合作确定盘条结算方案。                                                     

4).Keeps close communication with CCPD about new raw material enquiry and purchase issue ,make service for technical engineer

为技术工程师服务，关于新物料的开发与采购与CCPD保持紧密沟通

5).responsible for balance of  WR/WIP inventory of end of month，  and  participant X+1 plan requirement.

为WIP/WR月底库存平衡负责，参与X+1需求计划的制定。

6). push to use the slow moving WR/SFG consume

推动WR/SFG长期库存的消耗。

3 .Capacity evaluations，cooperate产能分析 及部门沟通合作

1).Defines which machines are bottleneck, and knows which machines have a lot of free capacity; Sends this information to the internal sales and SCM Manager。确定瓶颈机器，同时告诉内部销售和部门经理不同产品的产能。

2).Keeps the closely communication with Technical, production, maintenance , sales depts.;同其他部门人员的及时沟通。

3).Participates the Production meeting , to share the information about the planning, production, technical aspects;参加生产会议，分析计划等方面的信息。

4.Report and others 报告及其他相关工作                                                                                                                                                                       

1). wire rods price index report monthly. 盘条价格月报

2). wire rods inventory control report 盘条库存月报

3). machine occupy status update机器产能月报

4). Monthly department meeting  月度部门会议

5). KPI data update and analysis KPI数据跟踪

6).monthly report analysis 月度数据分析。

7).monthly production report月度生产报表

5. planner internal affair administration计划内部事务管理

1). support and communicate for new project /new requirement from internal sales and other deparment 支持销售内勤或其他部门进行新项目开发

2). balance of work load of each planner member. 平衡计划内部工作分配。

3). other urgent issue to settle up 其他紧急事情处理

4). Leads to solve the dead stock handling 主导呆滞库存的处理及消耗

Your Profile

-大专以上学历；至少5年计划工作经验; Technical middle school or above education background; at least 5 years planning job experiences(production/materials)

- 能熟练使用Office 、SAP软件，有一定的英语读写和口语能力。Skillful in using Office and SAP, with some English knowledge;

- 具有较强的统筹能力，对数字有较高的敏感性，工作细心，踏实。He/She is very sensitive and careful to numbers, good planning skill.

- 具有良好的沟通能力和应变能力，具有较好的团队合作能力。Good communication skill and flexible, team player

- 具有较强的上进性，能不断的提高自己的业务能力和文化水平。Eager to learn new things and looks for every opportunity to improve in all aspect in planning area.
