Process Engineer

Purpose and Mission

Develop projects and conduct technical studies on the performance and optimization of production processes for Geotech. Support production on solving process related problems.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

1. Process maintenance and Products development
    工艺维护与产品开发
-  Maintain and optimize the process to continuous improving the product quality, increasing productivity and reducing cost and complexity.
   维护、改进工艺流程以持续提升产品质量、提高生产效率、降低成本及减少复杂度。
-  Process\product FMEA and PCP maintain and update
    PFMEA制定、维护与更新
-  Production follow up, record the parameter and standardization
    生产跟踪并记录关键参数，总结、标准化
-  Cooperate with sales team to confirm the marketing and customer needs on products. Creat material code and maintain process parameter according to specification.
   与市场和销售部门合作理解客户需求。创建产品代码并维护工艺参数。

2. Problem solving
   问题解决
-  Work out on production daily issues cooperating with production team, quality team…
   与生产、质量等部门合作解决现场每日问题
- Summarize the actions and standardization
   对日常问题进行总结并标准化（如SOP），避免问题重复发生

3. Process parts
-  Manage process parts (e.g tooling) and define its characteristics.
   工艺件维护、清理、管理（采购、出入库）并根据生产使用反馈制定工艺件质量标准（降级、报废、寿命周期）
-  Propose and implement equipment and process parts improvement with the goal to enhance quality and productivity.
   对设备及工艺件持续改进，确保产品质量与生产效率
-  Develop and test process parts
   根据公司需求开发、测试新的工艺件

4. Quality
    质量
-  Ensure the quality of products and the reliability of the technical information by updating and maintenance specifications and/or product characteristics agreed with customers.
   通过更新和维护与客户达成的产品标准/技术协议，确保产品质量和技术信息的可靠性
-  Quick shooting root cause and offer corrective actions when there is problem related to process and product application.
   出现与工艺和产品应用相关的问题时，快速分析原因并制定改进措施
-  Support QA on providing disposition to NC material on daily basis.
   支持质量部门处理每天不良品
-  Customer complaint analysis and corrective actions define, visit customers if needed.
   客户抱怨原因分析及改进行动定义，必要时拜访客户

Previous Experience

• 3 to 5 years experience with operational procedures and tools 

Qualifications and Education

1. Engineering/Bachelor of science or above, mechanical, materials, mechanical engineering or similar discipline;
2. Good command of English;
3. Good computer skills and familiar with General Office software, good at data analysis.
4. Good communication skills;
5. Good organization skills;
6. Good analytical and problem solving skills. 
7. Willing to learn new things
