岗位设置目的

  • 负责鸟等工艺件的清理维护、库存管理等，跟踪工艺件及相关程序的使用过程，保证生产的正常运行，提高相关产品质量；

主要职责

1. 工艺件清理、维护

1.1鸟的清理
1.1.1对生产线更换下来的鸟进行彻底清理以保证生产的正常运行
1.1.2在清理鸟的过程中进行鸟状态的监控，在确保产品质量前提下提高鸟的寿命；

1.2其他工艺件清理、维护
1.2.1 EVO使用监督、清洗、产量跟踪、维修跟踪；
1.2.2 包括但不限于FK、Motto工艺件，各工序校直器、脱脂喷嘴等质量维护；
1.2.3 停线期间支架、瀑布、氮气管、校直器等部件清理、维护工作；

2 工艺件使用过程跟踪、调试；
2.1 日常对镀锌过程巡检，及时发现质量隐患，避免工艺件原因引起的质量不良；
2.2 承担部分镀层相关调试工作；

3. 工艺件管理
3.1 负责相关工艺件的采购、出入库、维修或委托维修、报废、库存管理工作；
3.2 维护工艺件清单以及实物，保证工艺件账物一致；
3.3 对异常损坏部件要督促相关人员找出原因，制定预防措施；
3.4 负责工艺件库的5S；

4. DDK 维护
4.1 管理或校准DDK、DDM、氮气流量计等设备硬件；
4.2 DDK自动模式程序校准；
4.3 维护DDK程序清单；

5. 其他
- 主管或技术工程师安排的其他任务；

任职资格

1.强烈的质量意识和工作责任心；
2.好学，有探索精神；
3.高中或中专以上学历，能够使用EXCEL等基本的办公软件；
4.熟悉本工程的操作要求和标准；
