SHE 专员

Purpose and Mission

• Deal with the SHE relative works, maintain the SHE system, continuously improve the performance of plant SHE. 

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for site environment operating management.
  -  Organize EMS documents reviewing, law compliance evaluation.
  -  Coordinate internal audit\management review and external audit, follow up the action plans.
• 2. Responsible for monitoring environmental relative indicators' situation and environmental treatment equipments' status.
  -  Oversee the treatment and reasonable classification of emissions of a variety of production and living waste.
  -  Track annual environmental indicators' monitoring and data analysis. 
  -  Handling new waste treatment technology's development and application to reduce the environmental cost.
• 3. Support manager for the environment&health risk management.
  -   Lead or support to identify and evaluate risks of environment and health.coordinate and track the implementation of control measures.
  -  Support the environment&health incident investigation and tracking the actions. 
• 4. Responsible for the coordination of environmental inspection and tracking the solution of the problem.
  -  Green "three simultaneous" formalities of new projects.
  -  Report environment data internally and externally. 
  -  Responsible for the Drug Chemicals application and external audit
  -  Suppoert the Sustainability related work, such as CO2 emission for products to be "greener"; 
• 5.Responsible for the plant occupational healt management.
  -  Managing OHSAS system, law compliance evaluation; coordinate the "close the loop" actions to be closed  
  -  Coordinate internal audit\management review and external audit, follow up the action plans.
  -  "three simultaneous" formalities of new projects.
  -  Responsible for the employee's personal occupational health files.
• 6. Be responsible for the Security protection work.
  -  Support SHE manager for the security guarder management. 
  -  Support 5S improvement and activities;
• 7. Others  其他
  -   Perform other works that arranged by SHE manager if needed.

Qualifications and Education

• College degree or above.
  Above 1 years relevant work experience.
  Environment relative majors are priority.
  Written/listen English skill.
  Good ability in using of computer, familiar with softwares such as Microsoft Office.
  Good self-management, communication and learning abilities.
  Strong will and ability of teamwork.
