I. Purpose of the Job 岗位设置的目的 

 

Comply with the corporate Code of Conduct, undertake all commercial and technical activities for downstream business(gabion and rock-fall) in China to fulfill the key Performance Indexes such as growing sales volumes, achieving sales and profitability targets, preparing forecasts, expanding market share, ensuring payment collection, pursuing new market development and providing application support.

 

II.Task Description 职责描述

 

Main Accountabilities & Description of Activities 主要职责及具体工作任务

 

1. Sales performance 
o Achieve X+1 plans;完成年度销售计划
o Project tracking and management; 项目跟踪及项目管理
o Negociation with customers, dealing with contract and payment collection;商务谈判、合同签订及货款回收等
o Deliver total customer satisfaction;提升客户满意度
o Prepares X+1 and regular forecasts.提交年度销售预测及其他市场预判等
 

2. Business Development
o Establish good relationship with project owners and design institute, recommendation of new materials and project solutions;
与业主及设计院建立良好的沟通,推广新材料并提供工程解决方案
o Brand promotion in gabion and rock-fall protection business;在格宾及落石防护领域提升公司品牌影响力
o Identify potential new market opportunities for China sales;把握潜在的市场机遇
o Prepare the development of new customers and new generation product portfolio;新客户的开发及产品的更新迭代

 

3. Application support and product knowledge 
o Deliver application knowledge to owners, designers, builders and supervisors; 
运用产品知识向业主、设计院、施工方、监理方等传输产品应用及设计理念
o Provide technical support as needed on site; 在工地现场提供必要的技术协助;
o Build up in depth knowledge of the own product portfolio and geotech solutions, provide the customer with one-stop project solution
对格宾石笼及落石防护产品有全方位的认知,并能向客户提供一站式解决方案
o Follow up customer complaints to ensure optimal solutions for both the customer and Bekaert.
灵活妥善地处理客户抱怨

 

4. Marketing intelligence
o Collect and analyse market information, such as customers, competitors and industry trends;
收集并分析市场信息,如客户信息、竞争对手信息及市场趋势等
o Study target market; 目标市场的分析
o Assist the marketing dept. on market survey; 协助市场部进行市场调研
o Report all relevant information in customer profile reports, competitor reports, and visit reports.
对客户报告、竞争对手报告及拜访报告等进行汇总并提交

1. Responsible region: China  (including Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Chongqing)
o 负责区域:中国(目标区域包括云南、贵州、四川、重庆)
2. Responsible products: Geotech related products(e.g. gabion, rock-fall protection,geosynthetics)
o 负责的产品:土木工程相关产品(如格宾、落石防护产品、土工合成材料)

 

IV.Qualifications 任职要求

 

Education: College degree or above, major in engineering or marketing +;
教育背景:大专及以上学历,工程相关专业或市场营销专业优先                                                                                                                                                                                                  
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in gabion and rock-fall business sales; experience in developing new markets; Good relationship with owners and design institute +;         
工作经验:3年及以上相关行业工作经验;有市场开拓经验;有行业内业主及设计院人脉关系的优先                                                                                                                         
Other Skills:  Very strong communcation skills -written and oral, High ethical standards, good time management skills, highly motivated, market insight   
其他技能:良好的沟通及书面、口头表达能力,品行端正,有效运用时间,工作积极性高,有良好的市场洞察力                                                                                                                         
Willing to Travel: more than 50% of working time
接受出差:一半以上的工作时间
