岗位设置目的：

对盘条及产品进行化学成分分析，金相组织分析，断口分析，镀层分析，对产品的质量控制及有效的原因分析，样品试验室的管理。

主要职责

1. 盘条检测：根据原材料检验规程对盘条进行化学成分及显微组织分析，以确保数据的准确性
2. 断口，组织，镀层分析：对生产及技术提供的样品进行金相分析，为工艺技术人员改进提供参考依据。
3. 实验室样品管理：对实验室样品进行管理，以保证随时取样。
4. 环境、健康、安全：对使用的化学物品以及危险品进行管理，并确保自身和设备的安全。
5. 5S：每天做5S工作，营造整洁、有序的工作环境。

任职资格 ：

1. 中专、技校及以上学历,热处理及相关专业优先
2. 有检验设备操作和金相技能的优先考虑
3. 有较强的学习能力，积极主动，有上进心
4. 工作认真仔细
