Business partnering:

- proactively understand business needs and give the necessary support

- work closely with all levels of the organization to ensure smooth transparent 2 ways communication

- coach FLS in leadrrship and people management skills 

Engagement development:

- stay in close contact with all levels in the organization, be aware of people needs and timely respond to it

- actively participate in engagement activities implementation (various types of events organization, coordinate the communication cascades)

Coordinate training & development processes:

- develop and implement annual training plans: starting from on boarding programs, coordinate blue collars functional training and re-training in close cooperation with production trainers and team leaders. Develop local trainers (for shop floor training)

- assist in talent development process: talent development review cycle, individual development programs.

- closely cooperate with department leaders and supervisors to get the feedback on development and future learning needs. Propose and initiate improvements in training & development process.

- contribute to behavioral safety training program (BeCare)

Contribute to people strategy of the plant.

Be ready to back up in other HR fields.

Profile requirements

Education:

Master/bachelor degree in economics/management/HR/psychology/sociology.

Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law

Business-oriented, able to understand business needs and pro-actively support

High level of communication skills (both in Vietnamese and English), able to build connection with people, represent the company in professional manner, convince and engage others

Cooperative: seeks for the synergies between different departments, functions, work in efficient and win-win approach

Positive attitude, curiosity, creativity

Full ownership and accountability

Seeking for personal development and growth

Minimum 4 years experience in similar position.

English fluent
