The position will be responsible for leading change management towards a culture of innovation that allows us to develop disruptive scale projects to increase customer satisfaction, the shopping experience and build a sustainable future for the company.

Profile:

Experience: 4 years in similar positions. 
Education: Commercial Engineering / Innovation and Project Management.
Knowledge in innovation methodologies such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Scrum, Prototyping, Microsoft office, PMI/PMO methodologies, Project Management software, numerical skills and database management.
