About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving account growth and total market growth.. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales within a specific geographic region which includes but not limited to Kansas, Missouri, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah. 

Your Impact as:  Regional Sales Manager (Western US region)

  • Manage sales process to meet and exceed targets
  • Drive to growth and develop of territory
  • Lead customer relationships



  • Utilize and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze agricultural fencing and agribusiness market trends and data to identify new business opportunities and drive growth in existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external), including customers, partners, and industry influencers in the agricultural fencing and agribusiness segments.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Work closely with customer within an agreed internal process related to lead and customer management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and innovation, to ensure the successful launch of new products and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement using existing tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, etc.  Manages own budget to meet individual and team goals.
  • Provide regular performance updates and forecasts to leadership.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Attend industry and customer events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and to network with potential customers and partners in the agricultural fencing and agribusiness industry.



  • Market focus:  distribution and direct ship dealers within the agricultural fencing and agribusiness industry
  • Western US territory
  • Travel:  up to 75%


 About You

Essential skills & competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B setting.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive business decisions.
  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong drive and organizational and project management skills to push growth
  • Experience in the agricultural field is a plus.
  • Communicate, connect and collaborate well with colleagues.
  • Able to have the appropriate insights on technology, products, applications, systems and tools.
  • Advanced or native oral and written English communication skills
  • Resides in one of these states is preferred: KS, MO, ID, WY, UT
