Purpose and Mission

  • Responsible for managing specific products or a subset of the product portfolio through the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond .The mission is to ensure that the product meets customer needs, aligns with business objectives, and delivers maximum value to the organization.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

The Head of IT Enterprise is responsible for managing IT partnerships with enterprise business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement) and leading the IT teams supporting these areas. This role holds end-to-end accountability for aligning business process strategies with IT technology, designing future-state process architectures, and delivering innovative IT solutions that enable operational excellence and digital transformation.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary IT partner for Finance, HR, and Procurement leadership teams.
  • Understand business objectives and translate them into IT strategies and solutions.
  • Build strong relationships to ensure IT delivers value and supports business priorities.

Enterprise Process Strategy & Design

  • Define and maintain the IT strategy for enterprise processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead process design and optimization initiatives leveraging technology and automation.
  • Drive standardization and harmonization of enterprise processes across regions and systems.

Solution Delivery & Technology Enablement

  • Oversee the delivery of IT solutions for Finance, HR, and Procurement, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage ERP service and related applications, ensuring scalability and compliance.
  • Promote adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, analytics) to enhance enterprise processes.

Team Leadership & Governance

  • Lead and develop IT teams responsible for enterprise applications and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in delivery and support.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage budgets for enterprise IT initiatives and ensure cost optimization.
  • Govern relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring contractual compliance and service excellence.

  • Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams and geographies.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles with a focus on enterprise processes and ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, and Procurement processes and related technologies (SAP, Success Factor, GEP, etc.).
  • Proven experience in process design, digital transformation, and solution delivery.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Previous Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.

Qualifications and Education

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science,  Information Management, Data Science, or a related field.
