IT Product Manager

Purpose and Mission

As IT Product Manager for Intelligent Processes, you need to define vision, roadmap of Intelligent processes as a product​ based on the business focus points. Collaborate with solution architect and lead scrum teams, develop new solutions and deploy the existed ones. You will work in close co-operation with data scientists, data engineers and RR technology and innovation team across multiple regions.

Through your entrepreneurial thinking and action, your experience of the business process (T&I, manufacturing, etc.) in the organization, your deep understanding of all processes and methods in product management and agile delivery, you will lead your team successfully and raise the end-to-end Intelligent processes capability at Bekaert RR to the next level.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Experienced in influencing and leading people across the business, the wider group and key external partners to establish the strategy and contribute to innovation
• Proven experience of defining and delivering outstanding, future-proof Intelligent Processes product & services portfolio. Comfortable taking accountability for making decisions and working in a cross functional team in an agile way.
• Track record of delivering success stories in the Intelligent Processes solutions – redefining capabilities and launching solutions
• Ability to turn strategy into reality
• Excellent understanding of the customer and how the business can exceed their expectations, having strong focus on user experience
• Strong understanding of the Intelligent processes needed technologies, including advanced analytic and AI relevant technologies (machine learning, version, GenAI etc.). And have some knowledge regarding relevant platforms (IOT, Azure data lake etc.)
• Strong commercial and operational mind-set, constantly focusing on delivering value to customers
• Solid understanding of product management, agile principles and development methodologies and support agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks. 
• Excitement for a high-growth, fast moving environment, self-directed, entrepreneurial mind-set, sense of ownership
• Ability to prioritise features related to user experience
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Skills

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent through experience.
• 8+ years of overall experience, 3+ years into advanced analytic, AI solutions
• LLM/Small language model experience is a plus
• Experience in managing globally distributed teams and partners
• Experience in building products or platforms from scratch and seen the product lifecycle 

Previous Experience

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.

Qualifications and Education

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science,  Information Management, Data Science, or a related field.
