Purpose of the Job

  • Realize sales target (X+1) & strategy (X+5) of Timing Belt Cords and Elevator Cords in NAS.

 
Your Role

  • Bottom-up X+1 sales plan, align with the BU growth plan & strategy.
  • Realize approved X+1 sales plan.
  • Work together and lead all the supporting departments to build the solid relationship with customers.
  • Explore all the possibility to add sales in new accounts.
  • Best use our premium brand and advantages of our products properties, service to increase the market share.
  • Work together with technical service team to make sales strategy plan for NAS market.
  • Regular visits to build the solid relationship with customers.
  • Work together with all related departments afford fantastic service to customers, put customers first mindset in our mind.
  • Solve the problems/questions that customers raised to us and keep frequent communication.
  • Collect cash on time.

 
 
Your Profile

  • Master degree or above with more than 5 years working experience.
  • More than 2 years working background on products design & developments, customer service or sales related to Timing Belt or Elevator industry.
  • Fluent speaking and written in English is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, internally with cross-functional dept. and externally with customers.
  • Believe in value "Integrity", "Trust".
