Procurement COE Supplier Management Specialist

About the role

Your Impact as *Supplier Management Specialist*:

• You are responsible for the supplier onboarding process and verify that all new suppliers meet our requirements

• You monitor requirements fulfilment along the supplier life cycle, triggering periodic renewal where necessary and following up with category teams
• You continuously look for opportunities to optimise the process and improve buyer and supplier experience
• You cooperate with various departments (quality, compliance, sustainability) to implement new requirements into our digital procurement platform - eBuy as they arise 
• You work closely with the Master Data Management (MDM) team to ensure seamless link between our eBuy onboarding process and supplier master data in SAP
• You train procurement teams on the supplier onboarding process
• You are the expert on supplier data in our eBuy platform and support to build streamlined reporting and data flows for supplier scorecards
• You support the identification of existing gaps for target partners and preferred suppliers

About You

Essential skills & competences

• Bachelor's degree or similar through experience
• Entry level position - experience <2 years
• Demonstrable interest in supply chain and procurement
• Fluent in English (speaking + writing)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and diligent work ethic
• Good analytical skills, able to balance many different factors to propose process improvements, as well as analyse and interpret data
