Bekaert is leading a transformation program to enhance the end-to-end digital experience that drives impact across multiple channels, encompassing operations and commercial aspects. The focus is to improve the relative cost position and cash utilization in manufacturing and supply chain operations, as well as increase customer intimacy and improve conversion of marketing efforts in the commercial domain.

About the role

Your Impact as Solution Architect – MES:

Your role as Solution Architect for Apriso MES of Dassault is to describe the solution context, transform requirements into specific solution architecture design documents; Design technology solutions and goals for a specific project and/or infrastructural area, in collaboration with Domain Architect and Product/Project Managers; Work with Domain Architect to ensure solution architecture align to program/project design guidelines.

• Hold the context of the MES solution, work closely with the product/project team with a good understanding of the MES solution and manufacturing processes, translate business requirements into solution design and take the lead to deliver with the development team.

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the MES product, including managing requirements, enterprise architecture, solution design, integration with the eco-system, working out solutions, validating technology assumptions, evaluating implementation alternatives, designing the high-performing and valuable solution for the business with quality assurance.

• Actively follow technology trends, participate, or lead the discussion along with the product/project team for various domains, enterprise architect, ensuring the MES environment remains sufficient for the dynamic business needs.

• Work closely with the development team, responsible for the MES development guidelines and quality framework, review the application to ensure the developed solutions meet operational requirements and service level.

About You

Essential skills & competencies

• You hold minimum bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant B2B and B2C experience in digital marketing management.

• You have good understanding of end-to-end manufacturing business processes across domains, SAP manufacturing, shop floor execution control, IoT/IIoT, OPC and automation.

• You are passionate about quality and continuous improvement, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, results-oriented and proactive.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, internal colleagues, and external solution developers.

• You are willing to travel up to 20%.

• You speak and write fluent English.
