About the role
You will be responsible for complex planning of production capacities based on customer requirements, received orders and calculations of production capacities for production departments.
You will ensure the planning of wire rod orders for production.
You will supervise the modification and adaptation of production plans based on the state of material stocks, production capacities, planned preventive maintenance, training, structural changes, etc.
Your task will be to supervise the fulfillment of production deadlines in accordance with the production plan.
You will communicate planned orders with sales, purchasing, customer service and warehouse workers.
You will communicate and solve problems in order to meet the needs of the customer.
You will manage a team of customer service employees.

About You
Bachelor/Master degree
At least 3 years of experience on similar position
Experience with production planning, footprint management, an advantage
Strong analytical skills and flair for stakeholder management
Systematic, structured and pragmatic approach
Data driven decision making via advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
Fluent English language
