• Experience: min 2 years in an international (preferably technical/industrial) environment 
  • Need to have skills: knowledge of labour market, sourcing channels, interviewing techniques, a go – get attitude, customer & applicant-oriented style, energetic, dynamic, excellent communication skills ...
• Language: Full professional level of English
