Purpose and Mission
As an Operational Buyer, you’ll be the key link between our plant and the purchasing teams, ensuring smooth execution of local procurement activities aligned with global strategies. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by supporting operations, monitoring performance, and driving service excellence.

Key Activities and Responsibilities
You will act as the first point of contact for local purchasing needs, ensuring alignment with procurement procedures, policies, and tools.
Your role will be to monitor supplier performance and collaborate on action plans in case of underperformance, ensuring service excellence.
You will drive cost-saving initiatives in line with regional targets and support strategic sourcing events.
You will be responsible to manage local contracts and vendors, including catalog creation and tail spend solutions.
You will support plant teams with quality complaints and lead commercial settlements when needed.
You will provide local market and demand data to Category Managers to support strategy development.
You will ensure smooth procurement operations, including invoice and goods receipt processes, in collaboration with the Shared Services Center.

You are skilled in data analysis (Excel/statistical tools), attention to critical detail, and demand planning.
You have experience in budgeting, forecasting, operational risk management, and vendor/contract management.
Good understanding of purchasing processes, global market trends, and tools like SAP (eBuy S2C + P2P).
Proficient in English language.
