About the role

Your Impact as Process Engineer

• Manage the new technology development.
• Strengthen the core expertise level, promote the new process technology innovation
• Support new technology industrialization and problem solving
• Build deep know-how of steel cord manufacturing process, pay close attention to the external technology trends by literature study, patent review, technical communication, etc.
• Actively contribute new idea for technical innovation, finish the technical feasibility study
• Lead or participate the new technology development project, including defining objective, scope, plan, coordinating the cross-function resource to executing the project plan to successful closure
• Support the operation team for new technology industrialization and problem solving
• Support quality claims for technical details & analysis
• Support production for technical analysis & process settings and documentation

About You

Essential skills & competencies

• You hold a university degree Engineering (mechanical or chemical or materials engineering
• Relevant work experience (min 3 years) in industrial environment
• Problem solving methods and analytical/statistical skills for continuous improvement are a clear strength.
• You’re a dynamic and energetic person with a positive mindset and the ability to cooperate with team members and stakeholders.
• You are a results-oriented team player.
• You’re eager to learn about new technologies and new processes.
• You have a good knowledge of English
