About the role
Your Impact as Quality Engineer Voice of the Customer
Relationship with the external clients and setting meetings with clients
Responsible for registering and following up customer complaints
Coordinator of the investigation team
Blocks the non-compliant finished product and permanently informs about quality problems
Coordinates the activity of the Final Control department
Updates the customer product specifications in the internal informatic system and communicates with relevant parties
Monitors the trend of quality parameters of finished products and proposes action plans that bring continuous improvement
Follows the SPC activity

About You
Essential skills & competencies
You hold a university degree Engineering
Relevant work experience in industrial environment, experience in Quality or in a similar position for at least 3 years
Knowledge and experience in working with quality tools (8D, 5 Why, FMEA)
You have a good knowledge of English and Romanian
Strong computer literacy (spreadsheet skills with the ability to perform complex statistics)
Great problem solving
Great communication skills
Ability to deal with the customers effectively
