Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • 负责所有的生产设备的和公用设备的电气维修
    • 负责日常的应急维修
    • 配合主管对生产设备的缺陷进行改进，提高设备的生产能力
    • 解决设备生产中的问题
    • 负责对公用设备的运行和巡视
    • 负责对公用设备的维修（包括空压机、空凋、冷却机、配电等）
  • 负责生产设备和公用设备的电气保养
    • 按时完成设备的保养计划
    • 负责对所保养的设备的缺陷进行改进
    • 配合主管对所保养设备的备件进行采购
    • 配合主管建立设备的维修履历表
    • 有责任配合主管建立合理的备件库存
    • 有责任提出合理性的建议去不断完善保养内容
  • 配合EHS工作
    • 有责任去发现设备在运行中的安全隐患，并汇报给EHS部门
    • 有责任去制止操作工在操作设备时有安全隐患的行为
    • 严格遵守SOP去维修和操作设备
  • 负责变配电系统的运行和维护
    • 负责变电系统的日常的巡视
    • 负责高压和低压开关的操作
    • 负责配电系统的日常记录工作
    • 负责配电系统设备的一般维修 

Skills

Previous Experience

Qualifications and Education

  1. 全日制本科电气相关专业，二年以上制造企业电气设备维修经验工作经验；或者全日制专科电气相关专业，十年以上制造企业电气设备维修经验
  2. 具有国家认可的电工（高/低压）操作证
  3. 熟悉设备配电及电气控制系统原理，具备良好的故障和诊断处理能力
  4. 积极主动，勤奋敬业，具备较强的学习能力和良好的沟通协调能力
  5. 能够读懂英文电气图纸，及英文说明书
  6. 能够翻班
