Your role

1. Change & Request Management  变更和请求管理
-  Review on key assets, define and follow-up the supporting actions with FMEA principle. 
-  Maintain assets in Asset register. 
-  Coordinate Operational projects.
-  Ensure changes are recorded in an Asset Management system and documentation is kept up to date.
-  Create and validate the documentation for standard service requests (SOP).
2. Event, Incident & Problem Management
-  On-site / Remote support
-  Maintain IT facilities.
-  Support to the devices on production.
-  Coordinate onsite service and VIP support.
-  Discover the problem from users' feedback, initial Problem Management process.
3. Service Validation & Testing
-  Conduct satisfaction survey.
-  Knowledge Base Management.
-  Participate into POC.
4. Capacity & Lifecycle Management
-  Perform Capacity, Lifecycle and End of Live management.
-  License Management Consumption and Planning.
-  Execute the approved IT budgets.
5. MES and Automation Implementation
Work closely with Group and Regional IT and project team to: 
-  Implement the IT infrastructure of MES and Automation projects;
-  Improve the IT system for MES and automation equipment. 
-  Coordinate the budget, procurement, installation and commissioning of IT facilities during the project implementations.

Your Profile

- Computer related major, bachelor degree or above; at least 3 years IT related working experience, ITIL, PMP certified and MES related experience is preferred.        
- Good at oral and written English.  
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to make efficient communication and work effectively in a team environment.   
- Strong sense of team work, willing to provide efficient IT services.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, RPA，Azure cloud services.
- Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office and their troubleshooting.
