Maintenance & Project Manager BNM

Purpose and Mission

• Performs or coordinates all maintenance & project activities including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of sophisticated process equipment, facilities maintenance, coordinating and directing contractors. Supports Manufacturing Team Leaders with training and supervision of Operating Technicians. Ensure equipments and facilities are available and well status.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

1. Perform a variety of general repairs, installations and maintenance on facility equipment, building and utility systems
   • Coordinate installation and start-up of production of equipment and facilities.
   • Monitor plant operations, diagnose and correct malfunctions, including making equipment repairs and adjustments, with minimal impact to production.
   • Coordinate and oversee work of subcontractors as required.
2. TPM
   •  Establishes and manages the master maintenance program. Creates a record to track performance of all critical machine components to formalize a predictive and preventive maintenance (TPM Operating Systems).
3. Equipment Efficiency
   • Ensure the equipment to run effectively, decrease  machine breakdown time.
4. Continuous Improvement
   • Cooperating with Process Engineer to optimize and modify the production equipment to improve safety, productivity and quality. 
5. Budget control
   • Engineering budget control, outlining annual projected cost for the purchase of spare parts, consumables and major components to maintain optimum operation of our equipments; follows monthly spending and ensures compliance to the approved annual budget
6. Team development and management
   •  Directing maintenance department employee to drive breakthrough and commitment to the continuous improvement.
7. Project management
   • Lead all BNM Capex related project, lead process & quality improvement project which Capex required with support project team from respestive function including Global Process & Quality, Production etc.;
   • manage BNM equipment improvement related project
   • manage BNM facility improvement related project
   • MES implementation and system maintenance
8. SHE
   • 发现设备在运行中的安全隐患，并汇报给EHS部门,,组织或者协助隐患排除及解决
   • 制止操作工在操作设备时有安全隐患的行为
   • 确保所有的机器设备及其安全设施处于良好的状态。对所有的  环境健康、安全事宜做好事故预防
   • 严格遵守SOP去维修设备
   • 对生产设备，设施，厂房配套设施进行安全风险评估，并针对评估结果中需要改善的项目计划组织改善行为，消除隐患。

Qualifications and Education

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Machinery, Chemical engineering or related.
2. Minimum 8 years of working experience in maintenance area.
3. Good English/Chinese communication skill, at least in written.
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Excellent knowledge and use of all MS office software.
