Purpose and Mission

  • This position is in function to improve the order fulfillment of BNM,as communication  channel internally with different department, on anoter hand, do the daily production plan according to customer order.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Order evaluation and confirmation
    • To do order evalucation base on supply ability such as raw material/production capacity etc.
    • Confirm to internal sales the delivery day and qty.
  • Make wkly/daily production planning and ensure planning execution
    • To integrate sales order and make daily production plan for next week base on the real capacity, which include stock /material /equipment /labor etc detail ability.
    • To monitor planning execution and follow up the order fulfillment untill goods delivered.
    • To coordinate relevant urgent case with other departments to ensure planning executed.
    • To controll relevant stock
  • Sourcing & delivery follow-up
    • Establish proper supplier base for selection at any time
    • Orangize biding and new supplier audit
    • Select supplier and negotiate to get approved price
    • Finish service agreement ect
    • Optimize supplier base and keep cost down
    • Provide supplier report and analysis
    • Follow up delivery schedule and relevant shipping documents
    • support import-export dept to finish customs clearance in time
    • To support and communicate with supplier for any complaint
  • Ohters
    • Make planning data collection and analysis, provide planning reports.
    • To finish the temporary tasks from boss.
    • Support SHE, ISMS and other ISO quirements.

Skills

Previous Experience

Qualifications and Education

  • University degree, no request for major but trading/marketing/business studies etc are preferred  本科学历,主修市场/贸易等
  • At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in planning  至少3-5年计划相关经验
  • Knowledge in import and export affairs is preferred  有进出口相关知识优先
  • Experience in order handling and purchase is preferred  有订单处理和采购经验优先
  • SAP Knowledge  具备SAP相关知识
  • Good communication skills  良好的沟通技巧
  • Good English Skill in Listen, Oral and Written  英语听说写熟练
