YOUR ROLE

1. Assuring the stability of existing processes
2. Improve existing processes
3. Assisting and transfering new processes/products into mass production
4. Providing technical assistance
5. Exploring new technologies for processes
6. SHE

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or metal material .good at English both speaking and writing 
• More than 3 years related working experience is preferred.
• Use technical/functional expertise
•  Analyze Issues with systemic and  logic                         
• Innovate           
• Build relationships with others( in all operation units of FT);also actively to be applied in relation to subcontractor network.                    
• Foster open communication
• Develop oneself           
• Show commitment and drive for result
