YOUR ROLE

1. 生产计划管理职能
   • 参与工厂主生产计划及生产部门各工序生产计划的制定
   • 根据生产计划进行人员的招聘，培训和调配，确保生产计划落实和人、机效率达到最佳状态
   • 跟踪生产计划的完成情况，并及时和主计划沟通计划完成情况
   • 跟踪设备OEE， 降低生产成本。
   • 保持与设备部门的紧密联系，维持设备和辅助工装夹具，工具的良好运行状态和。
2. 部门安全职能
   • 按照公司和集团的要求建立生产部门的安全管理制度并确保制度的落实和有效运行。
   • 组织相关人员完成部门安全环境等相关的安全评估并指定跟踪改进措施的完成情况。
   • 关心部门员工的健康和安全，在部门推进Becar 和其他相关的SHE 项目。
   • 监督部门人员的岗位安全培训的完成情况。
   • 落实安全检查集团检查中的改进措施。
   • 落实并完成部门的SHE 目标
3. 成本控制职能
   • 和工艺质量部门讨论生产过程中存在和潜在的问题，积极推动解决方案的产生和实施
   • 定期审核SOP的实施情况，参与供应商质量管理和客户投诉处理流程
   • 部门精益生产管理
4. 人员管理职能
   • 管理及指导领班的工作，认真学习执行公司的相关要求，维持整洁高效的环境，以高要求严标准建设一支执行力强，纪律严明，有凝聚力的生产团队。
5. 物料管理职能
   • 生产现场5S管理
   • 优化生产流程
   • 生产部门库存和消耗品的有效管理
6. 其他
   • 参与部门的信息安全相关工作并遵守公司信息安全的要求
   • 参与部门的SHE 相关工作 
   • 是本公司、本部门SH&E、信息安全管理的执行人，应当忠实履行SH&E、信息安全职责和义务

YOUR PROFILE

• 具备大专或以上学历，身体健康。有一定的英语基础。机械或者材料专业优先考虑。
• 具备4-5年以上班组管理经验，有较强的组织和协调能力。
• 具备良好的语言表达和沟通能力，良好的判断力和解决问题能力。
• 诚信，敬业， 有进取心和责任心，积极主动， 能尊重他人。
• 掌握计算机的常规应用：Excel, word, Outlook。
