Purpose and Mission

In line with the general China market development strategy and our future ambition, perform all activities related to the promotion and sales of Dramix solution in the most important region and customers for flooring segment in order to reach the set objective in terms of turnover, volume, market share and contribution in accordance with Bekaert strategy.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

1. Engineer Development and Mantianence management:  25%

2. Drive Marketing activities(20)%

3. Innovation sales (20%)

4.Key Accounts-Design Institute (15%)

5. Quality engineer support and site support on 4D solution(20%)

Skills

1. Bachelor in civil engineering is must.
2. More than 5 years in construction industry, especially in flooring business field is a plus.
3.  Skilled with the basic software like CAD, SOP.
4. Good spoken and written knowledge of English.
5. Has ground clients and channel resources associated with design intitute, with proven performance record.
6. Desire to drive the success of business and drive for of leader solution in the industry,
7. Self-management, masture, honest, dynamic, reliable and confident. 
8. Prepared to travel intensively.

Previous Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or related roles

Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
