About the role

Your Impact as Supply Chain & Procurement Manager:

• To plan, direct, and control the activities of national and imported purchases, inventory, supply chain, and finished product of the company.
• Establish and control the appropriate replacement models that minimize the stock loss of products declared, and optimize the use of capital employed in distribution centers and branches throughout the country.
• Integrally manage the supply chain, in such a way that it achieves the optimal balance between the needs of the client and the available resources of the company.
• It will be responsible for the management, analysis, and reports necessary for the correct decision-making related to the purchase of essential raw materials, to ensure the best decision-making in terms of quantity, quality, and opportunity.
• Directly negotiate the purchase of national and imported raw materials to ensure prompt attention to requests for materials and timely delivery thereof.
• Control the process of attracting and developing suppliers. Develop planning for your area
• Supervise, guarantee and to carry out the integral management of the company's global supply chain (Inbound - Outbund), from the purchase of raw materials and related supplies, to the delivery of products in volume, quality and opportunity to customers.
• Manage the inventory levels of raw material, semi-product and finished products, ensuring the quality of the products in each of the stages of transformation of the raw material to the final product.
• Deliver products on time, in order to achieve the level of service agreed with customers, minimizing the logistics costs of management in its entirety.
• Guarantee correct and efficient purchasing and supply management in accordance with global and local purchasing policies, including in this, the implementation of regional management strategies for purchasing categories, allowing compliance with the KPI's of Working Capital, EBIT- U and other financial goals defined for and by the company.

• More than 8 years in similar and management positions.
• Strategic negotiator.
• SAP or ERP experience
• Handling equipment.
