Purpose and Mission

  • Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of innovative technologies and processes within the organization. This includes providing technical support, conducting tests and trials, and ensuring the smooth operation of new technologies and processes.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Testing and Trials: Conduct tests and trials on new platforms, products, and processes to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
  • Machine Operation: Operate and steer machinery to support T&I activities and production processes.
  • Implementation: Assist in the on-site implementation of new technologies and processes.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues during the testing, implementation, and production phases.
  • Coaching and Support: Provide training and support to plant personnel during the launch of new products and processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of tests, trials, and troubleshooting activities.

Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of T&I processes, machinery operation, and production technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
  • Hands-On Expertise: Proficiency in operating and steering various types of machinery.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with R&D teams and plant personnel.

Previous Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in T&I, production, or a similar technical role is  required.
  • Hands-on experience with conducting tests and trials, as well as implementing new technologies and processes.

Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
