Purpose and Mission
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our market development
strategy and shaping the future of our business in the buildings and construction products sector. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone passionate about growth, innovation, and long-term customer relationships.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
You will implement our market strategy and suggest improvements based on your deep understanding of the local market.
You will collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and marketing teams to bring our growth strategies to life.
You will lead the sales process in your region, identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and managing key accounts.
You will conduct thorough market analysis to uncover trends, competition, and opportunities in the masonry and plaster reinforcement sectors.
You will use your project management and advisory skills to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
You will independently manage your geographic area and accounts, providing regular forecasts and reports.
You will co-create and support the implementation of the sales and cost budget.
Skills
You have a background in a technical, commercial, or business discipline.
You bring proven experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles within the buildings/construction products sector—ideally with knowledge of masonry and plaster reinforcement.
You are motivated to develop new markets and build long-term business relationships, with a track record of success in customer development.
You understand how to work effectively with architects, contractors, and distributors.
You have a strong technical foundation and a curiosity to learn about new products and solutions.
You thrive in a team environment and communicate with clarity and influence.
You think analytically and have a sharp commercial sense.
You are open to regular travel—more than 60% of your time.
You are a native Polish speaker with strong English skills.
