岗位职责

1.生产

• 在SOP的指导下，按照生产计划，为下一道工序提供足够的和高质量的产品
• 记录生产数据，并协助领班收集相关生产信息
• 负责生产设备的报修和基础设施的报修

2.质量

• 在生产过程中不断巡检，以提高产品质量
• 协助工艺维护工对车台状况进行检查，维护工艺的稳定性
• 降低ISC钢丝湿拉退料率

3.安全

• 严格按照车间安全规程操作，劳保用品佩戴齐全
• 负责与本工位相关的5S工作，以提高生产安全性

4.5S

• 保持生产现场的整洁和有序
• 自觉清理生产现场的杂物
• 养成良好的5S整理习惯

工作环境与工作范围

直接上级：倒班领班

工作区域：半成品生产车间，包括大拉车间、中拉车间、ISC车间

生产设备包括大拉车台、中拉车台和ISC生产线

产品规格包括从0.76mm到2.20mm不同直径的钢丝

任职要求

• 初中及以上学历
• 吃苦耐劳，身体健康，有责任心
• 可接受倒班工作
